MARS    TREATY

 

The following countries, Russia & China, Europe & Japan, the United States, and all the 3rd World countries have agreed and signed upon the articles for the treaty of the Mars civilization.   The articles are as follows:

ARTICLE I

All the countries mentioned in the above statement will follow the Suarez Plan.   The Suarez Plan consists of different contributions each set of countries has to make to develop the Mars civilization.   The Plan is as follows: Russia and China will give a total of 30%.    Europe and Japan will give a total of 30%.   The United States will give a total of 50%.   The extra 10% will go to the 3rd World Countries in exchange for their contribution of their natural resources.

ARTICLE II

All the above-mentioned countries will follow the Maldonado Plan.   The Maldonado Plan states that no one country will have complete ownership of Mars' land and civilization.    The ownership will be shared equally among all countries.

ARTICLE III

All the above-mentioned countries will follow the Camacho Plan.    The Camacho Plan states that each set of countries will have 25% of the colonists.

ARTICLE IV

The above-mentioned countries will follow the Skerrett Plan.    The Skerrett Plan states that there will be a new flag and emblem made especially for the Mars civilization.

ARTICLE V

The above-mentioned countries will follow the Zamora Plan.   The Zamora Plan states that the Mars government Ruling Council will consist of 8 members in total.   (3 from the United States, 2 from Europe and Japan, 2 from Russia and China, and 1 from the 3rd World countries.)

Article VI

This conference hereby approves the adoption of a Constitution for the Mars Colony by unanimous consent.
